
POST NATAL PILATES
Regain tone and shape after birth, flatten stomach, alleviate tension & pain due to feeding/carrying baby, relax and socialise with tea and chat after the class.
Babies welcome from 8 weeks until mobile. Jo has trained in Pregnancy & Post-Natal Pilates Training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) Jo is also a mother of three young children and fully understands the demands of motherhood. During both pregnancy and the post natal period has found Pilates to be of enormous benefit. To sign up see “Classes” section below.
Jo's teaching is both friendly and accessible whilst still encouraging students to stay true to the basic Pilates principles of precision, focus, relaxation and concentration.
