Pilates is a complete exercise method which works on strengthening your core set of stabilising muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvis. It goes much further than core strength however and provides a complete body workout which lengthens, tones and strengthens muscles all over the body. It leaves you feeling taller, toned, more aligned, relaxed and moving with ease.
Jo's teaching is both friendly, and accessible whilst still encouraging students to stay true to the basic Pilates principles of precision, focus, relaxation and concentration.
Classes are available for all levels on a drop in basis. She also does one to one tuition or small groups in your own home.
