"Jo is an amazing Pilates instructor! After seeing a few different instructors, my GP referred me to Jo. I'd had lower back pain for a few years and it was worsening with no proper diagnosis. After a few months of lessons, Jo was able to spot the problems in my back, and sent me back to the GP for further investigation. After physio and other treatments, I was sent for an MRI scan. When I finally saw a specialist, he confirmed everything Jo had been saying for a year. Jo had picked up on all of the problems in my back, just from observing me in the lessons.
